Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Baby'O purchases. If that's not the case, we will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange provided it:
- Is returned and received by us within 30 days of purchase date
- Is in new condition, with original tags still attached
- Has not been washed, worn (showing signs of stains/makeup/snags from jewelry/ scents from perfume or body odor), or altered
- Has not been damaged due to improper care or excessive use.
- Is accompanied by the original invoice
Returned merchandise that does not meet the criteria mentioned above, will not be eligible for a refund and will become the buyers responsibility to provide us with a prepaid return shipping label if they want the merchandise returned back to them. Please note that we will only hold this merchandise for 30 days after which it will be either donated, or disposed of.
As we do not offer free return shipping, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using an insured carrier (USPS insures up to $50 for free) with tracking information as we are not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Once your return has been received you will be notified that your return has been processed and a refund will be issued in the form of it's original payment.
Please note original shipping charges are non refundable and only the cost of the item(s) returned will be refunded. Free shipping only applies if merchandise kept meets or exceeds the $100 minimum. If not, we will refund your credit card for the items returned minus the $3.95 per item shipping charges for not meeting the $100 minimum free shipping criteria.
All returns from orders with free shipping are subject to a $3.95 per item restocking fee.
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer free outbound shipping for the replacement(s). All you need to do is send back the item(s) at your expense to the address below along with a copy of your sales invoice and indicate “Exchange” with the size and color you’d like to exchange it for. If we have it in stock we’ll send it out immediately. If we do not, we’ll simply issue you a refund in the form of your original payment.
You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if we have the item we will hold it aside for you for up to 7 days until we receive your return back.
If you need your exchange sooner, and can not wait for us to receive your return, you can place a new order on our site with free shipping and then send back your original item to us for a refund. To avoid restocking fees you must indicate on your original sales invoice “Exchange - Waive restocking fee as per (your new order number) and include it with your return

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund:
- First check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
