Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your Baby'O purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:

  • Is in new condition, with original tags still attached
  • Has not been washed, worn (showing signs of stains/makeup/snags from jewelry/ scents from perfume or body odor), or altered
  • Has not been damaged due to improper care or excessive use.
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice
  • Is returned and received by us within 30 days of purchase date

Returned merchandise that does not meet the criteria mentioned above, will not be eligible for a refund and will become the buyers responsibility to send us a prepaid return shipping label if they want the merchandise returned back to them. Please note that we will only hold this merchandise for 60 days after which it will be either donated, or disposed of. 

Once your return has been received you will be notified that your return has been processed and a refund will be issued in the form of it's original payment. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable and only the cost of the item(s) returned will be refunded.

Free shipping on all orders over $100 only applies if merchandise kept meets or exceeds the $100 minimum. If not, a $3.95 per item shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

As we do not offer free return shipping, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using an insured carrier (USPS insures up to $50 for free) with tracking information as we are not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Exchanges:
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer free outbound shipping for the replacement(s). All you need to do is send back the item(s) to the address below along with a copy of your sales invoice and indicate “Exchange” with the size and color you’d like to exchange it for.  If we have it in stock we’ll send it out to you at no additional cost. If we do not, we’ll simply issue you a refund. You can also contact us at support@babyo.com and if we have the item we will hold it aside for you for up to 7 days until we receive your return back.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be returned. All sale items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund: 

  • First check your bank account. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@babyo.com
