We presently only ship within the United States and Canada.
The shipping rates for all orders are as follows:
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Flat rate of $12.95 for expedited orders
Flat rate of $42.99 for all orders shipped to Canada.
Most orders placed before 1:00pm are shipped the same day, via USPS, from our NYC warehouse. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, religious, or federal holidays. Once an order is shipped, an email is generated and automatically sent out.
We are not responsible for any website shipments which tracking confirms as delivered, but was not received by the buyer.
Any order that is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the buyer and returned to us, will incur a $5.95 restocking fee which will be deducted from the buyers refund. We do not re-ship these orders, a new order must be placed.
